The Birmingham City Council has extended the ordinance requiring face masks to be worn in city limits while in public. The ordinance is now set to expire July 3. It does not require the masks be medical-grade, only that they cover your nose and mouth.
The border of the city limits for Birmingham are intricate and non-contiguous. So in an abundance of caution, it’s best to have your face mask with you at all time.
