Maurice Johnson, a volunteer with Pen Air Federal Credit Union for 40 years and former chairman of the Board of Directors, died on May 23 in Pensacola, FL. Maurice was retired from the United States Navy and was a member and elder of Summerdale Church of Christ.
Maurice was named the League of Southeastern Credit Unions and Affiliates Volunteer of the Year for 2011, honoring his commitment to credit unions.
Graveside services will be June 4 at 1:30 p.m. at Barrancas National Cemetery, NAS Pensacola, FL.
