The LSCU hosted an All-Staff Retreat at its Tallahassee headquarters this week as part of our ongoing efforts at building a strong organization culture. Staff from Alabama and Florida, along with employees from other states converged in Florida to become better acquainted, recharge, and discuss best practices in serving our credit unions.

After a welcome and get-to-know-your-teammates exercise, staff members were divided into teams for an afternoon of bowling. On Thursday, the League held its quarterly meeting, followed by product and service training. In the afternoon, team members were divided into three groups to participate in team building activities.

Today, Tony Moore spoke to the group, sharing insight into “Individual Action, Collective Power. By utilizing humorous lecture, real-life examples, small group discussions and interactive exercises, the course was a personal and collective journey allowing participants to depart with practical tools and a foundation on which to build.
