The House and Senate are both back in session this week after last week’s Fourth of July holiday.

The House of Representatives will consider H.R. 2075, the “Crooked River Ranch Fire Protection Act;” H.R. 6237, the “Matthew Young Pollard Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 2018 and 2019;” H.R. 50, the “Unfunded Mandates Information and Transparency Act of 2017;” H.R. 200, the “Strengthening Fishing Communities and Increasing Flexibility in Fisheries Management Act;” and H.R. 3281, the “Reclamation Title Transfer and Non-Federal Infrastructure Incentivization Act.”

The Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Mark Jeremy Bennett to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit and an Act to amend S. 140, the “White Mountain Apache Tribe Water Rights Quantification Act of 2010.” Read the full Washington Wire here.
