It’s a matter of common sense that consumers should have convenient access to affordable loans and credit options. Well, it should be. Instead it seems the government is deliberately putting obstacles in the way of consumers. That’s why CUNA, with its Campaign for Common-Sense Regulation, emphasizes the importance of being sensible with its humorous take on a  fictional task force with the objective of creating regulatory burdens. See the video here.

The LSCU Advocacy team is dedicated to regulatory reform and has created a postcard, to use as a statement stuffer, a handout, or a literature piece in your branches to show your members just how much all of this regulation is costing them. We believe this is an effective way to show the member that what happens in Washington affects their credit union and ultimately impacts their wallet.

Please contact Jared Ross to let us know if you would like to order postcards, the quantity needed, and where to ship them. Remember, we NEED your help to truly make a difference.
